MLT Job Description / Responsibilities:

Operate Laboratory Equipment: Learn to use and maintain cutting-edge medical lab instruments, ensuring accurate diagnostic results.
Perform Routine Testing: Conduct basic laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.

Requirements:

Education:
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or students in the final stages of their MLT program are encouraged to apply.
Certification:
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred (or eligibility to obtain).
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
