ICU Registered Nurse – Acute Care BSN 

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Northern Alabama. Joining a team providing high-quality care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. The RN monitors patient conditions, administers treatments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans. 

Pay: $64,976 - $88,752
Schedule: Night Shift  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilators, life support, or complex monitoring. 
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, neurological status, and responses to treatments. 
• Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans. 
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring patient needs and concerns are addressed effectively. 

 
Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required 
• Current RN license in the state of practice. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. 
• 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred, with prior ICU experience highly desirable.
