Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft tailored treatment strategies that align with their functional and personal goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to restore fine motor skills, cognitive function, and the ability to perform meaningful daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner seamlessly with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their families with the knowledge and tools they need to continue progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Adapt: Maintain thorough, accurate documentation while continuously evaluating patient progress and refining treatment approaches accordingly

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are warmly encouraged and actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
