What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introduce them to MLR, and assess their interest in available opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings between interested candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads throughout the hiring process with timely and thoughtful follow-up
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied directly to the meetings you book, the interviews that follow, and the placements that stem from your outreach

How Your Earnings Work
