Certified Surgical Technologist / Surg Tech – CST / ST

Your Day-to-Day in the OR:

Long before the patient arrives, you’ve already prepared the operating room—setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment with precision and care.

As surgery begins, you're right there in sync with the surgical team—passing tools, maintaining a sterile environment, and anticipating the next move without missing a beat. You're calm under pressure, focused on every detail, and committed to supporting the best possible outcome.

When the procedure ends, you help clean the space, process equipment for sterilization, and begin preparations for the next case. You keep everything running efficiently and safely—because patients count on it.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA (or eligible to obtain)
• BLS certification (required)
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and OR best practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable under pressure
• Previous OR experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
