What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care across all life stages — from newborns and school-age children to working adults and seniors managing complex chronic conditions.
• Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, managing ongoing chronic disease, addressing behavioral health concerns, and guiding patients through preventive care milestones.
• Performing thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized care plans rooted in evidence-based practice.
• Working alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and a network of consultants to provide truly integrated, team-based care.
• Engaging in quality improvement efforts that sharpen outcomes, streamline workflows, and raise the bar for patient experience.
• Maintaining thorough, accurate documentation through electronic medical records systems.
• Extending access to care through both in-person appointments and telehealth visits as patient needs dictate.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
