We're looking for a full-time Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) to join our healthcare team. Whether you're fresh out of school or still fine-tuning your skills, this is a great chance to start making a real impact in patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll play an essential part in diagnosing and treating patients by collecting, processing, and analyzing a variety of samples — blood, urine, and tissue — all while ensuring accuracy and reliability in your work. You'll operate cutting-edge lab equipment, perform tests that help healthcare providers make quick, informed decisions, and keep track of test results with thorough documentation.

We pride ourselves on quality control, so you’ll be working within a system that emphasizes precision and safety. You'll also be ensuring that all lab activities are compliant with regulations and that patient confidentiality is protected.

What We’re Looking For: If you’ve got an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a similar field, we want to hear from you. We're especially excited to meet recent grads or students wrapping up their MLT program. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or something similar is preferred, but if you're still in the process of earning it, no worries — we’re open to helping you along the way.

You should be someone who loves working as part of a team and values clear communication. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to stay organized. And if you’re comfortable using computers for lab reporting and data entry, that’s a big plus.
