What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR and exploring their interest in new opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule introductory appointments between qualified candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate relationships through thoughtful follow-up to maintain engagement throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep detailed, accurate records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission based on meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements tied to your outreach
