Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations encompassing comprehensive physical assessments and in-depth medical history reviews
• Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory findings to assist in identifying and confirming surgical conditions
• Partner directly with attending surgeons to develop individualized treatment plans and prepare patients for upcoming procedures
• Offer hands-on intraoperative assistance including room preparation, patient positioning, and instrument support throughout surgical cases
• Manage pre- and post-operative care with diligence, overseeing wound management, medication protocols, discharge coordination, and detailed patient instruction

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotation experience with a surgical concentration is strongly preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification through NCCPA
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Valid state licensure or demonstrated eligibility to practice as a Physician Assistant
