Description

• Conduct patient assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored rehabilitation plans
• Implement physical therapy treatments aimed at enhancing mobility, balance, strength, and postural control
• Work together with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education on therapy goals, discharge processes, and home exercises
• Document findings, treatments, and progress in line with hospital and regulatory standards
• Join interdisciplinary meetings and care discussions to guarantee a seamless continuum of care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
