What You Will Do

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle — from initial client intake all the way through offer and close. That means getting under the hood of each client relationship, understanding not just the job description but the culture, the pain points, and the long-term hiring strategy. You will source candidates strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, your own professional network, and a communications suite built to keep outreach efficient and organized. Follow-ups get automated. Pipelines stay clean. And you stay focused on what matters most: connecting the right people and creating results that stick.

Permanent placements will be your priority — the kind of wins that generate long-term value for your clients and strong, uncapped commission for you.

You will also play a role in thought leadership as we build the MLR brand alongside your own. Recruiter landing pages, targeted campaigns, lead magnets — our marketing team is in your corner.
