What You Will Be Doing

• Execute routine and complex laboratory procedures spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and related disciplines — all within carefully maintained protocol frameworks.
• Review and validate results for accuracy, proactively troubleshoot instrument errors, and perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance across lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection workflows and prepare samples with precision ahead of testing.
• Keep thorough procedural documentation, assist in orienting incoming staff or clinical students, and champion lab quality and compliance standards.
• Uphold a safe and organized workspace while meeting all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science required — candidates have up to one year from hire date to obtain it.
• Active certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
