Job Description

• Champion Collaborative Care: Partner with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support systems with practical strategies that reinforce therapeutic progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans to ensure measurable, meaningful results

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and specialty certifications actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification required
