What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to introduce candidates to MLR and explore their openness to new opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads with consistent follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records organized and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn layered commission tied to meetings booked, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your pipeline

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role — which means your income has no ceiling and your results have no limit.
