Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, continuous care for patients across all life stages, from newborns to older adults.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic disease, preventive health, and behavioral health needs with a compassionate, whole-person lens.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized care plans.
• Work in close partnership with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, integrated care.

• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records through a modern electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
• Deliver care both in-person and through telehealth channels to best serve the needs of your growing patient panel.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
