Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training for patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to enhance ongoing recovery at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Continuing education or additional certifications welcomed and encouraged

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid OTR/L license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
