Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient holistically and craft personalized occupational therapy plans that target their unique functional goals and daily living needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to address deficits in motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Provide thoughtful instruction to patients and their families, equipping them with the tools and confidence to continue progress between sessions
• Track Outcomes and Adapt: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress consistently, and refine treatment approaches to keep recovery on track

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continued learning and post-graduate certifications are celebrated and actively supported

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
