Education Requirements

• Master's degree from a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotation experience with a surgical concentration is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification through NCCPA
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Arizona state licensure as a Physician Assistant, or demonstrated eligibility to obtain licensure
