Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted therapy strategies aligned with their personal goals and daily routines
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor skills, cognitive function, adaptive strategies, and activities of daily living
• Partner Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Teach caregivers and loved ones how to reinforce therapeutic gains at home, creating continuity of progress beyond the clinic walls
• Document and Refine Outcomes: Maintain accurate clinical records, monitor patient trajectories, and update treatment approaches as recovery evolves

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are actively supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
