Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions addressing mobility, neuromuscular function, strength, endurance, and balance
• Work side by side with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to drive the best possible patient outcomes
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, progress expectations, home programs, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Actively contribute to interdisciplinary team rounds and care conferences to support coordinated, patient-centered care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialty certifications such as neurological rehab or geriatric PT are welcomed but not required

Skills

• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred, though driven new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven ability to manage patients presenting with complex, multilayered medical and functional challenges
