• Conducting a broad range of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, musculoskeletal, and small parts imaging
• Creating a calm, informed experience for each patient by walking them through every step of the procedure with clarity and warmth
• Partnering with radiologists and referring clinicians to produce high-quality, diagnostic-grade images that support accurate interpretation
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and reporting issues related to ultrasound equipment and associated systems
• Accurately entering and managing patient data and procedural documentation within the electronic health record
• Keeping pace with evolving sonography techniques, continuing education requirements, and emerging imaging standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or recognized equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
