Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient holistically and craft personalized therapy programs that align with their functional goals and lifestyle
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver truly integrated patient care
• Educate and Empower: Provide clear guidance to patients and their families on home strategies that reinforce therapeutic progress between sessions
• Document and Adapt: Maintain thorough clinical records, track measurable outcomes, and modify treatment approaches to ensure each patient continues moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and actively supported

Certifications
