What This Role Is About

We're seeking experienced, entrepreneurially-minded professionals to join our team as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. This isn't a role where you clock in, fill a req, and move on. You'll manage full-cycle searches, deepen client partnerships, and drive placements that genuinely move the needle. In return, you'll earn some of the most competitive commission rates in the industry — with no caps, no ceilings, and no limits on what you can build.

What You Will Be Doing

You will own full-cycle searches from intake call all the way through offer acceptance and close. You will show up as a true partner to your clients — understanding not just the job description, but the culture, the pain points, and the vision behind every hire. You will source strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS alongside your own network and our built-in communications platform. You will use our all-in-one tech ecosystem to manage pipelines, automate follow-ups, and stay focused on what actually drives results. You will prioritize permanent placements that create lasting value for clients and strong, uncapped earnings for yourself. And you will contribute to something bigger — a growing brand and thought leadership movement that elevates the entire recruiting profession.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience. A background in healthcare is a strong asset, though we are equally committed to coaching the right person through that learning curve. You are skilled at managing client relationships, navigating objections, and closing offers with confidence. You are comfortable working inside ATS and CRM platforms — we will train you on ours. Most importantly, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build something that lasts beyond any single placement.
