Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a proficient and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a team of dedicated imaging professionals committed to delivering high-quality care. You will harness cutting-edge ultrasound technology to conduct crucial diagnostic procedures while collaborating with an encouraging team of clinicians, all with the aim of providing peace of mind to patients through precise imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations at every step
• Work closely with radiologists and referring doctors to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring any malfunctions are reported immediately
• Keep precise documentation of procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records in our electronic medical systems
• Remain at the forefront of advancements in ultrasound imaging and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
