Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to drive the best possible outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge preparation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary care conferences and collaborative rounds

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a regionally accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of California
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics, orthopedics, or neurology are welcomed but not required

Skills

• Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred
