Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional needs and craft targeted therapy programs that align with their personal goals and long-term outcomes
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported techniques to address deficits in fine motor skills, activities of daily living, cognitive processing, and adaptive functioning
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide clear, compassionate education to help patients and their caregivers carry therapeutic progress beyond the clinical setting and into everyday life
• Track Progress and Refine Care: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor measurable outcomes, and continuously adapt treatment plans to reflect each patient's evolving journey

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development, continuing education, and specialty certifications actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in the state of California
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
