Your Day-to-Day

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Nurture your leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up to keep momentum going
 

* Keep your pipeline organized with accurate records in our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied directly to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements traced to your outreach

How Compensation Works
