What You Will Be Doing

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive physical examinations and detailed medical history evaluations
• Interpret laboratory findings and diagnostic imaging to support surgical evaluation and diagnosis
• Partner with attending surgeons to develop and carry out individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide hands-on intraoperative assistance, including room preparation, patient positioning support, and instrument handling throughout procedures
• Deliver high-quality pre- and post-operative care encompassing medication management, wound care protocols, discharge coordination, and patient and family education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical rotations with a surgical concentration are strongly preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Current California state licensure or verified eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physician Assistant
