Description

• Provide patient and caregiver education surrounding therapeutic milestones, safe discharge, and home exercise programming
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Actively engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to support coordinated, patient-centered recovery plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics or neurology are welcomed but not required
