Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ requirements and design tailored therapeutic strategies to assist them in reaching their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to help enhance patients’ motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices that encourage sustained progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
