Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to unit safety and infection control protocols.
- Schedule imaging appointments and provide patients with detailed preparation instructions.
- Guide patients on where to arrive for their exams.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to all incoming calls.
- Identify and prioritize urgent imaging exams for timely scheduling.
- Confirm appointment times with patients through follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience scheduling appointments in a medical clinic setting; radiology experience may substitute for scheduling experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend medical terminology and related documents.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
