Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and craft customized treatment strategies that align with each patient's unique functional goals and personal priorities
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-driven techniques to support improvements in motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Partner Across Disciplines: Engage in meaningful collaboration with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure every patient receives truly comprehensive care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide clear and compassionate instruction to patients and their caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support continued progress between sessions
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress closely, and adapt treatment plans to keep every individual moving forward on their recovery journey

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are actively supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification required
