Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations across inpatient and outpatient settings, developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions addressing mobility deficits, strength restoration, balance training, and functional independence
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Provide meaningful education to patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, home exercise programs, and safe discharge planning
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation consistent with facility standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to advance team-based treatment approaches

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification preferred
