What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce MLR's mission, and gauge genuine interest
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery appointments between candidates and our dedicated recruiting team
 

* Nurture relationships with leads throughout the hiring journey, keeping momentum alive
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements originating from your efforts

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to connect with people authentically

How You'll Be Paid
