We are expanding our team of Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters and we are looking for professionals who think less like order-takers and more like business owners. What You Will Do

Own searches from the very first intake conversation all the way through a successful close - managing every touchpoint with intention and expertise.

Serve as a true strategic partner to your clients, developing a genuine understanding of their hiring philosophy, culture, pain points, and long-term goals.

Source candidates with precision using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, your own professional network, and our built-in communications tools that streamline outreach and follow-up in ways most recruiters have never experienced.

You bring two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience to the table.

You are confident managing client relationships through every stage of the process and skilled at navigating the nuanced conversations that lead to closed offers.

You are comfortable working within ATS and CRM environments and pick up new systems quickly.
