Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their goals.
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize research-based approaches to assist patients in enhancing their motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with a Multi-disciplinary Team: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and all-encompassing care for every patient.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage continued progress at home.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that every patient remains on their recovery path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational facility.
• Commitment to continued education and post-grad certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
