Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft tailored treatment strategies that target real, measurable goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve cognitive function, fine and gross motor skills, and the performance of meaningful daily activities
• Champion Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner fluidly with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their support networks with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to carry progress forward beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progression, and make thoughtful adjustments to keep each recovery on the right trajectory

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are enthusiastically supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
