* Coordinate and schedule discovery appointments between candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture and follow up with warm leads to sustain engagement throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions tied to scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements originating from your pipeline
