What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our industry-leading proprietary tools and your own growing network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR's opportunities, and assess their interest and fit
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between interested candidates and our specialized recruiters for in-depth screening conversations
 

* Nurture warm leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
 

* Keep detailed, accurate records in our applicant tracking system so nothing falls through the cracks
 

* Earn tiered commissions based on meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements generated from your outreach
