Description

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that balance immediate therapeutic goals with long-range outcomes across communication, cognition, and swallowing domains.
• Deliver direct, one-on-one intervention services targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia.
• Collaborate fluidly with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers to ensure patients receive fully integrated, team-based care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, home practice techniques, and realistic expectations for progress.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and treatment as needed, maintaining seamless continuity of care across settings.
• Produce accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and institutional standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.
