What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering appropriate diagnostics, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions either collaboratively with physicians or independently based on scope and credentialing

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner graduate program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C via AANP or ANCC) or specialty-equivalent credential
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
