What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals through our proprietary platform and your personal network

* Coordinate and schedule key appointments between interested candidates and our in-house recruiters
 

* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent and thoughtful follow-up communication
 

* Keep detailed, accurate records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied directly to the meetings you book, the interviews that follow, and the placements that originate from your outreach
