What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle search engagements from the initial intake call all the way through offer acceptance and close. You will show up as a true client partner — someone who takes the time to understand not just the open role, but the culture, the pain points, and the long-term hiring vision of every organization you serve.

Sourcing will be both strategic and systematic. You will leverage our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, your own professional network, and our built-in communications tools to identify and engage the right candidates — not just the available ones. You will use our platform to manage pipelines, automate follow-ups, and keep your work organized without the mental overhead of toggling between seven different systems.

Your focus will be on permanent placements that generate long-term value for your clients and meaningful commission for you. What You Will Get

You will receive dedicated marketing support to help you build and grow your personal recruiting brand, including custom landing pages, outreach campaigns, and lead generation tools that work while you sleep.

On the back end, our operations team handles contracts, credentialing, copywriting, and compliance — the administrative weight that typically eats hours out of a recruiter's week. You will not be doing that alone. You will be supported.

Compensation is performance-based with commission rates that genuinely eclipse industry norms. There is no cap and no ceiling. The value you create is the value you earn. Ideal Candidate

We are looking for recruiters with two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience. A strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry is a significant plus, though we are absolutely willing to coach the right person with the right mindset. You should be confident managing complex client relationships, skilled at closing offers, and comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems — we will train you on ours specifically.
