What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, longitudinal care to patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors — with a preventive-first mindset.
• Managing acute illnesses, chronic disease, mental and behavioral health concerns, and wellness visits with thoroughness and empathy.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and building individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Partnering closely with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Contributing to quality improvement efforts that elevate both patient outcomes and team performance.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation through a modern electronic medical records system.
• Seeing patients both in-person and via telemedicine, offering flexible access to care when and where it's needed most.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
