As a Senior Medical and Healthcare Recruiter on our team, you will manage full-cycle searches while cultivating the kinds of client relationships that define long careers. You will be backed by some of the most sophisticated recruiting infrastructure in the industry — technology, marketing, and operational support designed to amplify everything you already do well. What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle searches from the very first intake call through the final offer close, acting not just as a recruiter but as a true talent advisor to your clients. That means developing a genuine understanding of each organization's culture, hiring pain points, and long-term workforce strategy. You will source top-tier candidates using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, your own professional network, and our built-in communications tools — all within a single streamlined interface that keeps you focused and organized. Permanent placements will be your priority, as they create lasting value for clients and the most meaningful commissions for you. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership initiatives that build both the MLR brand and your own professional reputation.
