What You Will Do

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to patients across all ages and life stages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Address chronic disease management, preventive health, acute conditions, and behavioral health needs with a whole-person mindset.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and craft individualized care plans.
• Partner closely with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting providers to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects that drive better outcomes for patients and greater efficiency across the practice.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation within the electronic medical records system.
• Serve patients through both in-office visits and telehealth encounters, meeting them where they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active California medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
