Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field — or an equivalent combination of education and clinical training with a pathway toward board certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science required or must be obtained within one year of hire date.
• Active certification must be maintained continuously throughout the duration of employment.
