Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Evaluate each patient holistically and craft targeted therapy programs that address their unique functional goals and lifestyle needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported techniques to strengthen motor function, cognitive performance, and independence in daily tasks
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support networks through home strategies and therapeutic techniques that sustain progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, measure progress consistently, and adapt treatment plans to keep patients moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are enthusiastically supported

Certifications

• Active OTR/L licensure in good standing
• NBCOT certification required
