What You'll Do

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to exciting MLR opportunities, and evaluate their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery appointments between candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture your pipeline through consistent, thoughtful follow-up that keeps candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and detailed within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
