Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, continuous care to patients across all stages of life, from newborns and adolescents to adults managing complex, chronic conditions.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, manage long-term disease states, and champion preventive care strategies tailored to each individual.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft thoughtful, personalized care plans.
• Work hand-in-hand with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consultants to ensure patients receive truly integrated support.
• Actively engage in quality improvement efforts that elevate clinical outcomes and streamline the patient experience.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation using electronic medical record systems.
• Offer both in-person and telehealth visit options to meet patients where they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active pursuit of certification).
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
